Meet Jeff Rosen

Jeffrey Rosen, Director of Residential Home Funding Corp.’s Mortgages for Champions program has over 17 years of experience as a Mortgage Banker, over a dozen of which are as a manager of retail and net branch offices for mortgage companies. He holds licenses in residential purchase, refinance loans, and reverse mortgages for seniors ages 62 and over. Jeffrey graduated from The University of Delaware in 1987 with a major in Economics and Finance, where he also excelled as an Offensive Guard for the college, earning 1st Team All – American (1985), Offensive Player of the Year and Offensive Lineman of the Year (1985), among other accolades and honors. He went on to play for the Washington Redskins as Offensive Guard. He has two daughters, aged 13 and 11.

Jeffrey’s extensive sports background lends itself well to his career path as a Mortgage Banker. “Football teaches you a lot about life, teamwork, and that hard work and due diligence are what lead to success,” he says, “I bring this hard driving work ethic to my career, and especially to the Mortgages for Champions program”.

In fact, Jeffrey was instrumental in developing the Mortgages for Champions program to support our American Heroes in public service including educators, law enforcement and firefighters, emergency medical personnel, military, and federal and union employees. “I am honored to dedicate my career to working with those who give so much back to the community,” Jeffrey explains. “Trust is extremely important to me, and I am proud to have built a strong reputation among the various law enforcement agencies such as the NJ State Police, FBI, Homeland Security, and others as the “go to” expert in mortgage lending.” He is very active in fundraising for several law enforcement organizations, and also publishes a bi-monthly newsletter about the mortgage industry that reaches more than a thousand people.
