Licensed across the United States (see map above), Residential Home Funding Corp. is a Direct Endorsed FHA HUD lender which allows the company to originate, process, underwrite and close FHA government loans.

The company’s extensive mortgage banking experience enables it to fund many types of transactions such as basic residential purchases, refinances, investment properties, condos, co-ops, construction loans and reverse mortgages.

Established in 2001, Residential Home Funding Corp. is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, with twenty one branches located mainly throughout the tri-state area.  It currently employees approximately 300 employees nationwide, and continues to grow steadily.
